How to Get a New Password
If you forgot your password, getting a new password is simple. Depending on whether your account is integrated with a Monster account will determine the steps you’ll need to take. This tutorial will show you how to get a new password with either account down below!
How to Get a New Password With an Integrated Account
Step One: An integrated account means you’re able to use your log-in info on NursingLink’s community as well as Monster.com. Located in the sign-in box, click “Forgot password?” Next, you’ll be prompted to enter your email. Be sure to enter the email you use to sign into NursingLink.
Step Two: A message will pop up indicating that a message is being sent to your email. Check your inbox for an email titled, “Monster Account Password Change” and follow the instructions in the email.
Step Three: Next, enter a new password and click submit. You should now be able to sign into http://nursinglink.monster.com/ with your new password!
How to Get a New Password With a Non-Integrated Account
Step One: Follow step one in the previous instructions to recover a forgotten password. If you’d simply like to update your password for a non-integrated account, sign into your NursingLink account and click on the “My Account” tab. There, you’ll be able to update your password by clicking on “Change Password.”
Step Two: If you’d like to update your email address, simply click “Change Email” and enter your new email address into the blank field. This means, all notifications will be sent to your new email and you’ll use this email to sign in.
