5. Gangrenous body parts

The rotting meat smell that arises when someone is about to lose a limb due to gangrene (or infection) is absolutely terrible, not to mention tragic for the patient too.

6. Pseudomonas

These bacteria that are commonly found in water and soil favors moist areas, which is a pretty common characteristic of smelly things when you think about it. If you’ve ever worked in a hospital, you’ve probably come in contact with an infection caused by this bacteria in one form or another, and smelled the nasty results.
