7. Homeless people

Matted hair. Grimy skin. Layers of unwashed clothing. While you might feel bad for the many homeless people that come into the hospital, noses don’t discriminate. Homeless people, especially ones with severe drug and alcohol problems who’ve been on the street a long time, can be smelled from a mile away. Or, at least from down the hospital hallway, anyway. Thankfully in this case, it’s nothing a little shampoo and soap won’t fix.
