Keywords are Key to Getting Your Online Resume Read
Donna Cardillo, RN, BS / Verticalnet, Inc.
Keywords for other important traits include: flexible, willing to travel, detail-oriented, adaptable, high energy, self-starter, team player, dynamic, highly motivated, creative, or independent.
Use short and common phraseology like “home infusion therapy” rather than “intravenous therapy in a patient’s home.” While you would normally steer away from industry jargon and abbreviations in a paper resume, both are useful and necessary for an online resume. Be sure to use only common, universally recognized abbreviations like NICU, ACLS, or AIDS as well as industry-specific abbreviations like OSHA and CQI.
Choosing the right keywords and phrases are key to your success with online job hunting.

I absolutely agree. However, there may be times when it should be left to a professional resume writer. They usually know what's best. David from stretch mark removal

I was reading something about the exe file extension when I found your article here and wanted to add something which I consider to be important. Usually employers will ask for the file in pdf format, but some prefer Microsoft Office or maybe another type. Try to respect that wish when you apply for the job online.

I had been searching information on Business Security Software when I found your article here. Wanted to say that Felicia is right about what she said. The other days I was talking with a friend of mine that works as a HR manager and we were talking about how he selects employees. The first thing he does is read resumes and the resumes that are in PDF format. He prefers that. He says that pdf files are easy to work with.
