I worked for OhioHealth and as far as I am concerned they should NOT be on the best places to work list! They changed their insurance plan in 2008 and it is the worst insurance I have ever had. The floor I was on at Grant Medical required that we float almost every week plus there was primary care nursing. I would encourage any nurse looking for a hospital job in Columbus to look elsewhere, .

rhonda-i am currently a nursing student inmichigan but my homestate is wisconsin. i'm not sure where you are located, but i know that in wisconsin, depending on the hospital, if you sign a contract agreeing to work for that facility for a certain amount of years ( im pretty sure its five years) that they would pay for your continued schooling. you can always check w/ your local hospitals and clinics, and ask them if they are a participating facitlity. part of the goal is to fill the large gaps that are in nursing because there is such a need for nurses. Good Luck!
