I think that is awesome. You should definitely become a nurse. With very good health, 50 is definitely not too old to become a nurse. I work with a lot of nurses that are mid-aged and they perform their duties very well! I'm trying to encourage my 42 year old mother to attend nursing school as well!

I'm 47 years old, in very good health, and condition. I've always dreamed of being a nurse. I've been in real estate for about 7 years now, and am not happy with the fluctuating income. I'm ready for a change. Am I too old to get started in Nursing? I figure I will be 50 by the time I get a job. What do you think. Would appreciate the pros and the cons please.
