I have heard the phrases "You are not a team player" and "You are resistant to change" SO many times!
I finally realized that the best answer that I have for these is: "No, I am a team LEADER!" and "Change just for the sake of change is not always necessary or a good thing."
Spare me the buzzwords...

Do nurses really ask those questions and say those things? I must be out of the loop. I just interviewed for a position, and in my 30 year career, salary has come up in conversation.
