So far, very good!! Thank you for your kind welcome. I am not a nurse, but I work closely with nurses, and have some training. I'm a Respiratory Therapist, or "Respiratory" as they call us. I'm looking to expand on my career and knowledge base; I hope to become a APN or PA. Jay

Hi.Thanks for the invite et the welcome message. I started my nursing career after my youngest son had surgery .The nurse that took care of him in Frankfurt (am mein), Germany, suggested I go into nursing . I came back to the states et did . My husband was in the military at the time. I worked as a certified nurses assistant in Texas et Missouri for about 11years then I furthered my education et became an L.P.N. in Missouri in 2003. If I could remember her name I would tell her thanks . It was one of the best suggestions I ever received that I followed.She was a nurse @ 97th General Hospital in Frankfurt, Germany, If you're there thanks!!:) I now work in a nursing home in Mo et Love my job so it's fun not work if you understand what I mean.
