Advanced Practice Nurse
Advanced Practice Nurses (APN) hold advanced nursing degrees, most commonly Masters of Science in Nursing, and hold advanced supervisory roles in on of the following specialties:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)
APNs are Registered Nurses with advanced didactic and clinical education, knowledge, skills, and scope of practice. APN forms the basis for the role of nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioner role is an expanded form of advanced practice nursing which is specifically regulated by legislation and by professional regulation. Legislation may allow prescribing and referral, in addition to admitting privileges to health care facilities.

I'm so glad you accepted me in your community of nursing.. I am actually a newly grad. of BS Nursing '07 and Computer Systems and Design Prog. '02. I am now 29 yrs. old, married with 3 kids. I am an industrious, hardworking, patient, loving, caring, down-to-earh and most of all God fearing citizen of my country Philippines. I am very interested with nursing related and allied healthcare jobs and even caregiver/ nanny/ childcare and elderly care.
