Great article. While intimacy is a great stress reliever I prefer activities which I can do alone (or fairly alone). Going to a shooting range and learning how to shoot clays with a shotgun has been fun and exhilarating. Watching those clay pigeons break up in to a thousand pieces is SO fun. And btw just because a person likes to shoot does NOT mean they are going out and kill someone.

I think this little list speaks volumes about our society. Encourage people to shoot guns, but neglect sex/physical intimancy as a stress reliever. Other than that, I thought it made alot of sense.

Perfect article - with great de-stressing ideas!
Most importantly - remembering to use the time you have accumulated for vacations or just some time away. I know some RN's with gazillions of accrued hours which are just sitting there waiting to be used (some of which can be cashed out and some that they may lose).
