Secondary care is the health care services provided by medical specialists and other health professionals who generally do not have first contact with patients, for example, cardiologists, urologists and dermatologists. Thanks.

Word of advice...check with your state Board of Nursing before you spend the money on the courses and make sure the procedures fall within your scope of practice specific for your state. As far as the injectables, there are courses you can take that just introduces you to the basics and gives you and hour or two of hands on to practice. The skill needs to be acquired through a mentorship with a physician well experienced with them. The courses can be costly.
