I've been a LPN for almost two years. I;m currently taking on-line classes towards my associates degree and paying out of pocket. It's becoming extremely hard financially. I will be relocating to Ridgeland, MS and wonder if there any hospitals there that have these same opportunitities?

Wow! Does anyone know of a hospital in Denver, CO or surrounding cities that comes close to these benefits? I am a CNA, but not working at the time. I'm looking to start in May '09. I want to advance in my career so tuition reimbursement is important and I also have a 7 1/2 mo. old baby girl so on-site day care would be phenomenal.

i work at Penisula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, MD. They have top of the line benefits and a wonderful tuition reimbursement. You can get a small job there and work your way up the chain. I began 3 months ago as a CNA and next month i will be one step up as a pt care tech which is a substantial salary increase and by the time that is done i will have satisfied my probationary period and be able to apply for tuition reimbursement. They will let you work your way up the chain and guarentee you a job in each field as long as you agree to work there for a while. It is a opportunity of a lifetime
