1. Nursing Camp
Are you a high school or college student with a strong interest in pursuing a nursing career? Want the right information to help you decide if you belong in the nursing field? Then think about going to nursing camp! Some universities, medical centers, and health care systems offer this opportunity for a small fee or even for free.
These camps often include CPR certification, information about vaccines and infection control, an overview of body mechanics, and even nursing units tours.
If you’re considering a nursing career, this is a great opportunity for you to explore the field without making a long-term investment or commitment. Search the Internet for nursing camps near you. Or, go to your local medical center or university and inquire about nursing camp opportunities within.

I've been doing the travel nursing for 5 years and its benn awesome. I have met great people. I wouldn't trade anything for the friendships I have forged. I would really be interested in the Nurses Retreat.

The traveling nurse or volunteer nurse sounds wonderful too me! I guess it's more for the single nurses because traveling often could become taxing on relationships.
