Are you thinking about becoming a nurse? Maybe you are already on your way to becoming one. Or, let’s say you’ve been in the profession for years. Whatever the case may be, you may not know about all of the unique opportunities that are out there for you.
5.Nursing Retreats
These creative retreat workshops are designed to nourish and reinvigorate you. You will learn ways to re-invent your work experience through changing the way you think about healing. Assignments are meant to open your mind and help you work through everyday job stress and “burn-out.” Even new nurses have much to gain from nursing retreats. If you learn how to heal yourself, both mentally and physically, you will be better able to heal your patients.
While nursing retreats are currently rare, they are growing in popularity. If there isn’t one in your area, try getting your fellow nurses together to hold your own impromptu retreat. Even a day away can help you clear your mind and rest your spirit.

I've been doing the travel nursing for 5 years and its benn awesome. I have met great people. I wouldn't trade anything for the friendships I have forged. I would really be interested in the Nurses Retreat.

The traveling nurse or volunteer nurse sounds wonderful too me! I guess it's more for the single nurses because traveling often could become taxing on relationships.
