What is the job market for psch NP? The money sounds good, but if the job market is not great, what's the point. Any suggestions.

Actually if you have currently achieved your BSN, you could look into the DNP programs. Several Universities have started a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree since the required course load for the Masters programs were so much heavier in course load they have added the new DNP Pilot programs. You choose a specialty field, like in a NP Program and your job is to help apply the latest research developed by the PhD into practice on the floor or in clinical applications.
