Catsmama,
I think Pacific Union College in Angwin, CA near the Napa valley has a geriatric NP program and also UCSF has several interesting advanced practice roles you would like.

In my most recent academic experience, the CNS program I started in 2007, then had to take an LOA in 2008, has now evolved into a CNL program with NO opportunity for advanced practice. My graduate MSN advisor has told me the CNL is "the trend of the future". My question is, since I wanted a CNS in the first place and was willing to plunk down in excess of 20 grand to get the MSN with a CNS speciality (geriatric nurse educator), what universities are still offering this option...particularly ones on the West Coast???
