Whoa! Now thats scary. The patients are expected to act this way they are sick, but she didn't know what was wrong with any of them. Can anyone say lawsuit waiting to happen. I agree with NCnurse I hope this does not happen to me.

can it really be that stressful? it just seems to me that if you have pretty good people skills, and pretty good stress management skills, then she could handle it.
Nurse Heather became overwhelmed at times and at the very end it was frustration. See, this can certainly happen to nurses when it is a shortage of help! I know nurse Heather did not want to yell at her pt but she did!
