Whoa! Now thats scary. The patients are expected to act this way they are sick, but she didn't know what was wrong with any of them. Can anyone say lawsuit waiting to happen. I agree with NCnurse I hope this does not happen to me.

omg i hope that never happens to me. But I know there will be times when I will be in the same position. I hope to handle it alittle better. Good video though.

Nurse Heather became overwhelmed at times and at the very end it was frustration. See, this can certainly happen to nurses when it is a shortage of help! I know nurse Heather did not want to yell at her pt but she did!
