I have been an ADN for the past 27 yrs, the last 20 yrs in medical, cardiac, trauma, burn surgical and neurosurgical nsg. I am currently seeking my BSN through the College Network and eventually want to major in Forensics. Associate degree nsg has great clinical teaching and will get you out there and into the field. Many facilities offer tuition reimbursement programs for advancing in your career. With the shortage of nurses, in my opinion this is the best way to go and I am happy that is what I chose. Our pass rate on State Board exams were higher than the BSN programs by 30%.

Do I understand that they don't have clincial experience on real patient's? If so, that's not a very good program.
