About Me
I am a 46 year old female who's retired from the Air Force after 20 years of being a medic. I have to grown girls. One is married, and has given me two beautiful grandchildren, and the other to be married soon I hope. I have been interested in a nursing career most of my life, Public Health Nursing and Emergency Room Nursing specifically. I haven't been able to pursue this dream because I can't quit my job to complete my training, I've always been the bread winner in my family, and we all have to eat, right? I'm currently a healthcare administrator in a Community Health Center and have a Masters Degree in Organizational Management. I'm hoping that when all my children leave the nest, yes they're all living with me, I will be able to seriously persue my nursing dream.
