hey there, so good to hear from you and your work. glad that you like what you do. i used to work in a nursing home and am now training in home health. i did this because i think i can give more of my attention and care to one patient as compared to 1:25. Hi Dear hope all is well? been busy between Volunteering for Hospice of Palm Beach County for their Health Fair Today. It was actually fun! then yesterday I worked it was long day I stay till 4:30pm :-)
So I have been rather busy,I even worked for the DON last Sun (it was not my Wknd) I acted as RN supervisor in her place. it was not my wknd but she kept screing up my weeknds & even took me off my Actual Wknd!! then she put me on opposite & took me off & I schedueled HHA for both she screwed up my wknd & Dad's HHA's too! so I had to SIT w/her tell her NOT to change from the Master Schedule plus sign In sheet! I cannot afford to be coming in when 1 says 1 thing while the other says another,then I have to call hubby to come & pick me up. PLus Dad can't Afford HHAs every wknds when I AM available its an Absolute Waiste!
