Hi Marti, I am glad to hear from you. About my job I am not very convinced yet that I made the right decision to move from one hospital to another since now I have to work 5 days a wee in 8 hours shifts. Before I was working 3 days 12 hours shifts and I had more free days, now are less free days and more patients. I used to have 5=6 now, 7. The good thing is that time goes very fast and the place is very close to my house. About your job I cannot understand why you have so many patients 44? I do not know how you do it, but I think that is unsafe for the patients and you and plus you have to chart, girl if you can do it you are amazing. Do you have more people to help you? just be careful, can you go to work in a hospital where normally you would have less patients. Take care and keep in touch.

Hi Marti, I hope you are doing well. I am almost done with my orientation but this job is a lot of work, and a lot of documentation. What I like the most is that is very close from my house. I hope you are learning a lot and have fun over there.
