Hi Marti, I understand you very well since I am in the same situation. Tired all the time and no way I would do overtime. Well, I have decided that I do not want to continue working this schedule and I am starting to look for another place to work where I have a 12 hours shift like before and I will be able to rest more days in between. We have been lucky so far with the weather and we just have been having rainy days, and today is sunny and nice. I pray for the people from Oklahoma where the weather has been awful this time. Take care and keep in touch.
