    In response to your ? about having to have a HS diploma b4 starting LPN, I'm sure that varies from state to state. you'll have to make calls to your local board of nursing & area LPN schools.I am fortunate to have gone to a HS that offered LPN classes so I got both diplomas @ the same time.Good luck to you!
