Hi I am glad to be your new friend. As your problem goes about your scrub tops, I think you should get a pattern for petites. If I was to adjust the pattern, take off from the mid front fold and the mid back fold, make sure that the v neck is not to deep and adjust accordingly. also adjust the width of the shoulders and the width of the arms. Do not forget to adjust the sleeves with the width of the arms. Then of course you adjuste the length of your garment. Hope this will help. If I was close by I could show you.
