Hi Peggy,just wanted to say Good Luck on apt Hunting1 R U able to do this w/the Bad weather up there? Since I last E-mailed u had problems w/my garage door, had called this "Garage Door Co." well they had coupons upon coming for whatever the problem is plus service call,since Weds they Have Not Showed UP!!! They were NC/NS,Not even a Dang phone call! I had to call them & cancel & reschedul on Weds-Thurs w/a "closer to 9am Appt" Heck @ 3pm STILL NC/NS I said to the Hubby upon speaking to him @ work on phone for another issue if these people Don't call by 3pm I am cancelling & new company will be called!!!! I think this Company is what we call a "Fly-by-Nite" & probably does "Shoddy Work" no wonder they keep advertising!
So after I write U I will get on the Phone. How R U I was wondering if I lost contact w/U? I feel bad for U having lost so much. R U by yourself in Hotel? Can U use a Crockpot? Or even get 1? They make good meals & overnite while U r sleeping! or in the Am,start prepping it putting gett a couple pkges of (?) Frozen Bag Reg Meatballs (? Cans) w/Cream of Mushroom Soup. oh & either a 1 onion packet soup secrets or onion soup can. I tend to make my Own Recipes. in there. I can understand how U can get tired of certain foods.

Dear Peggy,thanx for the Gift appreciate it lots! A Salute to You, My Dear Friend! :-) Hope all is well & write me soon? So what U making for dinner? Been steaming fresh Zucchini,Broccoli & Baby Carots. so I can serve as sides w/my dinner plans. But tonite its Pasta Bows & Sauce since the Hubby has a side job w/the co-worker,who's also my High School classmate. So i called Chris back up & told him to come for dinner w/his kid since he's got to pick him up anyway. ;-)

Peggy, I have to say congratulations on finding a new rewarding career. I think that it is the very best time when you feel it is.. As an educator myself, I have had students for the late teens to ages late 60's and a couple of early '70's.. They are usually ones that have had this dream most of their lives and just want to succeed at this of their lives.. Alot of my students were in their late 20's to mid to late 40's.. That was really just the average..The majority of my students had children, were single parents and also worked full time job.. They actually were my best students.. They were so dedicated that nothing would of stopped them before completing this desire..
Once you complete your program, you can now get some extra training and go into the specialty of your liking.. OR has to be an awesome position, mine was ER.. I worked in ER for 20 years and have never regreted it for a moment..I hope this may of helped a bit.. I'd like to wish you the very best of luck.. Please keep me posted.. Teresa

may all be well with you! I need some advice? I am at a crossroads here.UUgh! I am currently unemployed mother of a child . I am not young -young nor am i old old..yet.. I have thee chance to go and get a Nursing degree. I havhad some FLAK from people telling me, that i am too old and that i should jsut work! Of ocurse that is thier opinon. I am me i know what I wnat to do. I have this opportunity to go on and be helping others as i will be helping my family. So, school is around the corner and i am at odds here. All this negative stuff has put me in a tailspin as far as if i should go and do what i want to do OR and i have done this walked the pavement for a job. Nothiing out there at all! So, being a mom and being a woman ...i know i have to do what is right! Finance like everyone is going thru is tough.. it is like it came in the nick of time even tho i did pray so hard ot god to help me thru this period. when i thought classes were going to be in Feb2013. I recieved a letter that classes were going ot start sooner. that is why i was asking about the Pre-Nursing Entrance Exam. I am a bit no not a bit alot anxious (cause i want this sooo bad) Fearful(?) and i doing the right thing at this time . I am no spring chicken but i think and beleive god is givving me this chance now! Please reply and thanks!PS I was looking at my biology book and not so profiicient in Math so i got my Basic Math book from school. Although waiting fo rmy Nursing Book.
