wow,,,, Can anything else happen to you.?..First and foremost, get a better attorney.. You have a law suit and you need to file it.. Keep looking around to find an aggresive one.. You may have to try a few, but you will find someone hungry enough.With all of your problems, s/p that position they are so liable.. Keepon it and don't let anyone discourage you..Keep going to the Dr. and C/o about your symptoms and get a file going..The attorney may have a few Drs. to choose from..I was going to say that paralegal is a great field, but with your arm problems I have to agree with your daughter...The only position that I can think of for you is some type of administration..It sounds to me that you are 100% disabled, and you are owe money from Workmans comp and a huge settlement.. I don't know when it happened, and the statue may be over, but they can reopen a case..My sister reopened a case 5 years after the statue was over. So keep looking. I'm so sorry but the Director of Nurses was wrong on so many levels..And the facility is wrong because of the amount of broken equiptment.. So, get on the phone and keep calling and calling until you get someone to listen to you..I wish you well and you know it will be tough, but they owe you and are just sweeping you under the rug..Goo luck to you and please keep me posted..Call those attorneys that are on all of the commertials..They are hungry...Hugs,To you, Teresa
