I forgot to tell you...When we did our clinicals in labor and delivery, I kept tearing up every time I got around my client's baby. LOL No joke! My partner, Mark, kept saying what is wrong with you? She was just so cute and I have no grand kids yet, and both daughters are not even talking about having any kids. So I think that was why!!! I wish there was a rent a baby service, then you could sit and hold and love on some baby for awhile and maybe get it out of your system!!!

Thank you! I will probably end up working in a nursing home. I do seem to get along well with older people. My instructor noticed that in clinicals. I could get them to do things that younger students couldn't. I had older parents and of course they had older friends and I just could relate to them. LOL I guess being the baby of the family was preparing me. How close are you to getting your RN? I still have to take the NCLEX yet. I was told it may be 6 to 10 weeks before it is scheduled.
