    Well first welcome to Nurse link, as for finding a job here in CA which is where I am, you need to go to the surrounding hospitals and get some med surg exper. first then decide what you want to specialize in, there ARE jobs out there just be patient, put your resume on Monster, that may help, good luck and congrats on finishing

    i got my RN license last October and now I'm looking for a job. Its frustrating that most of the employers require at least 1 yr US experience which i have none since i just passed the NCLEX-RN exam. Can someone give me any help/advice on what to do? thank you!
