About Me: Hello all...I am currently a Nursing Student, with an anticipated date for graduation to be June '09. I'm drastically consumed with studies and attempting to meet the demands of my home life and career goals. (you know where I am) I have five sons (3 biological, 2 non-biological), one daughter-in-law and one NEW grandbaby (first one). Family is my priority, so blending my personal aspirations for a nursing career into the mix of strong family ties overwhelms me often. I have three still in school: 2nd grade, 5th grade and 10th grade. The oldest of my crew are a set of twin boys, they will be 24 this April '09. *all three of the oldest children are my biological I have a full house...I also have my aged mother living with me currently, which was suppose to be with intention of helping me while I get through college...but it has not worked out as such. She is starting to show significant signs of Alzheimer's (among other oddities). So, instead of reducing my stress load, I increased it. ha ha I was formerly a Due Diligence Officer for Apria Healthcare and found that I enjoyed the opportunity to travel throughout the US doing that job...but it was not conducive for the needs of my family. So, I resigned 12/2005 and redirected my path into nursing to ensure that I could stay closer to home while still making a difference in others' lives. I'm excited about my goals...but feeling the sting of age blended with fast paced educational requirements. ha ha I hope to continue my education (online) once I attain the RN-ADN licensing. I definitely believe knowledge empowers us. Not sure what else to share here...so if you have questions, feel free to send me a note. I love chatting! (and getting to know other people)

Favorite TV Shows:: Everybody Loves Raymond (it is so close to my family unit it is scarey!)
Favorite Music:: ALMOST everything...but gravitate toward contemporary Christian the most.
