Hello!! Sounds like you have been busy to. I am starting to get to know my patients better and some of the tricks they pull. They try to get more sleeping pills or pain pills outta me. NOPE> Then there is a diabetic whose family brings her gallons of Pepsi. Every am she says to me "Is my blood sugar really that high? I didn't eat anything." This am she had a very difficult stool and I told her she needs to drink more water. She is really a big girl to. Can't get out of bed. She laid there and agreed with me. After I left the room, she called the CNA and had her get another liter of Pepsi out of her closet. I charted it. Non-compliance!! It is nuts sometimes. I have another patient who is currently in hospital, she wanted me to rip the electrical wires out of the wall, because Obama has her room bugged. I told her I was a nurse not an electrician. She called Cox cable Tv and they came out during the day. The day nurse told me she wanted this guy to do it to. He laughed his rear off. The following day, they got her to go see her doctor and he slapped her in the hospital. I kind of miss her....
