About Me

click to get More prayers and wishes Comments & Graphics I have been a nurse for 10 years. I became a LPN ten years ago and as I worked pursued my Associate Degree and then my Bachelor's Degree in nursing. I have worked in nursing homes, hospitals and LTACs. I have been a staff nurse for Alzheimer's patients, elder care, medical pulmonary,orthopedic and an MDS nurse. I am currently a charge nurse on a Transitional Care Unit and will soon be starting per diem at a visiting nurse agency this coming month 6/09. I always want to learn more in healthcare. I just purchased my first home last fall and am enjoying being a homeowner. Although I love Massachusetts I have thought about moving to another state and have especially had an interest in Texas. I am looking forward to meeting other nurses from all over and learning about nursing in other states. I have some close friends that are serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. I am truly grateful to our soldiers for their courage and sacrifices. That's it for now. I look forward to making some great connections here.
