Hi Rob! Sorry I haven't been here, Just to update you, I have survived my first month of work :)) I have learned so much, am up to four pt load, and time management is better, but I still struggle some. I love my floor, the nurses are great. I am really tired after 3 12 hr days and driving an hr each way. Thank you for your prayers, each day I pray that my pt's are safe and well under my care, without God and the Holy Spirit I could not do this. Have a great turkey day!!!!! Hugs & nickers, Snafflebit
