Thank you for the Get Well greeting. They are always nice to receive, especially when you feel like crap.
The pain has gotten better over the weekend. It also helped that a big storm system mloved out of the area and the barametric pressure was not pounding on my tender nerves. It gave me one last thunder storm before moving on.
I was able to get into the therapy pool for about 1.5 hours and do my full resistance work-out and a scaled down version of my aerobic portion. Felt pretty good.
I don't know if I told you before or not, but I saw those pictures of your daughter you posted. She is beautiful. You must have had a shotgun by the door to keep the boys away.

Hi Kathy,
The back is getting better. Another night of sleep, did some paperwork on the couch today, then aquatherapy after dinner. Feels better. Finally out of that, feel like I'm gonna or wish to die phase :-)

Kathy. don't think I am any saner than my sissy. I had a very rare dog from a rescue shelter, and not only did he have his own credit card (realy like for the vet) he was also in my will.. My children were pretty miffed about that, but I thought it was hysterial... Whatever....Teresa
