Now that sounded like a great combination of what U made for Ur meal. I get 1/2 sandwich an apple my thermal glass so I can have Ice water, however working Days I am not having time to get 10mins for eating! I even bring now 1 pkge of Granola Bars for Breakfast sometimes thats what I get to eat sometimes I completely Blow thru everything I am parched - no drink 'cept 1 small cup of coffee in morning. I have been training new Nurses almost since I started!!!! IT can be frustrated. I got introuble when the New Nurse who still NOT doing everything made some Negativite comments loudly & DON thought it was ME,I have been telling her to "PICK UP THE PACE" she still has NOT DONE TX,Charting gone to the DR,she is JUST DOING MED-Passes/Narcs & the Count, she is not even in on time for report not setting up the Cart for supplies etc.

I worked double (1st 1 for request of a 3-11 nurse this past Mon) then off Tues,Thank God my feet were killing me course had to run in the Dr was inpatient of an order to give to the Nurse on opposite side of me,'couldn't her. After I hung upw/Doc told her he wanted to give her this Order, she Never transfered the Order to T.O Order!! So Some How I had to get in Tues & Do it! Had to Hubby come back home & get Me!!! Bring me there do order took me 3mins & out the Door the 11-7 Nurse got the Labs drawn for the Res,smart cookie! So then Hubby took me home he ended up only doing 2 30min lunches to make up for lost time. This place calls me w/this most stuff I have EVER seen/Heard of. Today since I am training (same NEW RN she was NA from the Rest Home Side) now going on slightly over 2 weeks, well she has not picked up speed in the Med pass,done tx,or chart,she straightened out the Med cart. She also does not do her turn in the Dining room & cont w/med pass I am doing it, & all others stuff so she happened to make a few comments which were being her vented of frustrations, Apparently the DON calls me up saying" it was bad for the Marketing"! So I apologized for it being sounded like it was misconstrued I have NO Absolute Clue Who Passed IT TO HER! This Is Ridiculous Girlie!
I am letting U go got to get out of my boots before I have a leg cramp(s) OK?

Hi Dear I miss not hearing from U,was surprised to hear from U on my wall & quite Happy! Hope all is well? What have U been up to? :-)
Am going into work, Th Sun, & Mon.This new place already has put new Nurses for me to train almost every day,I have worked OT due to Admitting 2 Res,lots of Wound care & a Death same time of Admit. They yell @ me due to the OT! Oh & the Wounds were inherited from the outside but due to low census the administrator already making a threat about my job if any new 1 occurring,the CNAs to turn the Res etc,I have 1 Res who Absolutely refusing to turn I documented it several times! UGH
