About Me
I am a Registered nurse with over ten years experience in the health care delivery system. I have acquired clinical expertise in a variety of health care settings including: critical care, holistic medicine, long-term care, international health care, quality assurance, policy development, and clinical research. I am a PhD student of Nursing Systems and Health Policy. Health Services Research interests include: health care policy, nursing workforce, nurse migration, and quality. I enjoy promoting the nursing profession and my main goal for my research is to link nursing care with improved patient outcomes.
