About Me
I am a determined individual who has great support from my friends, family and employer on my endevor to embrace what I feel is only a natural fit for a lifetime career. I thank you all for your added support and supply of information and real-life experiences which is only fueling my drive. I come from a middle-working class famliy of 5 (my mom and 3 sisters), when I almost lost my mom to an outragious tragedy, I got to see first hand how important it is not to loose your enthusiasm for what you do as a nurse. Because when people are put in a healthcare environment they are fully entrusting you and the fact that you care and have pride in the work that is being done, and encouraging the patient that they have the strength and purpose to carry on. > I would like to achieve my BSN, if not eventually graduating with a Masters and going into Midwifery or acute care. > I am grateful for every day and every opportunity. Hobbies:
Bicycling, Camping, Cooking, Gardening, Reading, Running, Yoga, Would like to learn to play piano and ride a horse (some day I'll be able to afford both)

House, Hell's Kitchen, King of Queens, Extreme Makeover-Home addition

Everything from Blues to Rock and Roll, oh hell give me anything with a good rhythm ; )

    I cant remember exactly where I got it from, but I beleive it was from a meditation mandala. I just loved the motherly representation of the image, being at peace with who we are.
