About Me
I attended nursing school in the late 90's, but returned to work full time after finding out I was pregnant with my first daughter. This placed my education on hold for a while, but having my daughter was well worth the delay. In '05 I completed my paramedic training after being laid off from a lucrative job with a well known telecommunications company. While completing clinicals in a local ER, I decided then and there that I was returning to nursing school to pursue my passion. I may be a little older now, but also all the more wise! I am a divorced mother of two beautiful young ladies who make me so proud, and have shown me the type of love I never dreamed I was capable of giving or receiving, I thank God for them everyday of my life.
