Personal

About Me
I am a Family Practic Nurse Practitioner, retired from the Army Reserves. I spent the best 6 months of my career in Bagram Afganistan working in the Urgent Care at the American Hospital where I was the Officer in Charge. I now work at Vitas Palliative Care Solutions, and Minute Clinic while I am pursing my Doctor of Nursing Practice. I also teach Pediatrics, clinical for La Roche College, Pittsburgh PA. I have two grown sons. One is a Neo Natal NP at the National Children's Medical Center in DC and the other is study Crimal Justice in Pittsburgh and hopes to be a City of Pittsburgh Police Officer shortly. I have a wonderful grandson who was born while I was in Afganistan and who is now 6 years old. I love teaching patients and students.
