    In a dark time, the eye begins to see
    I meet my shadow in the deepening shade

    I often find solace in a couple of poems by Theodore Roethke. Here is one;
    OPEN HOUSE
    My secrets cry aloud.
    I have no need for tongue.
    My heart keeps open house,
    My doors are widely swung.
    An epic of the eyes
    My love, with no disguise.

    My truths are all foreknown,
    This anguish self-revealed.

    I feel like I should say I'm not a nurse. The field I am interested in is Medical Imaging. I can't do either right now because I cannot meet the physical requirements or concentrate enough to do the schooling. My mind seems fine with simple things but anything complicated brings on headpressure and migraines. It hurts to think! how bout that? Thanks folks for the kindness.
