  Thank you. It's nice to hear that things that I have said are worthwhile to others. Having been disabled for 10 years, it took a bit out of my self-esteem after having been in so many high-powered positions before, then having to bottom drop out.

  Best of luck with your search. I know that the longest one I ever had was about 2 years and I swore that I had not only applied to all the nursing, educator, administrative, health care jobs available, I even looked at firms that needed an operations or program management VP (do not have to be technically knowledgable, just know how to lead the ones who were). That lead me into plastics injection, medical device manufacture and even a job as the Deputy Director, EPA Regional office (lost that one to a guy who had been doing the job on a temp. basis - the director really wanted me, but it was political suicide if he picked me over this other guy.)

  Hope all is going well with you. SUPER BUSY here. Daughter's 1st wedding anniversary today, baby is due in 7 days, just had electrician in for 2 days doing work (and he isn't finished yet), then I have to get my family to move all of the furniture to the corner of the rooms (every room), because tomorrow we start getting energy efficient windows installed to the entire house at once. In other words, I am surprized to have gotten this much time to play on the Internet :-)

  Ok here are some directions for you Just take your mouse and hover over the person's picture and invite them to be your friend..Also when you get a message and you want to reply, take your mouse and again hover over the picture or their name..Click on it and that will bring you to the graphics page. Chooose the graphic you want to send. Take you mouse and click on the code below the picture.. go to the top bar and click edit/copy.. Now go to you back space and click backwards to your person's page..Click on the empty space under the words Comment Wall and go back up to the bar and click paste..Now click submit next your picture and you have now sent your graphic..Let me know if you need more help..Hugs,Teresa

  Hi Vicki,

  Nursing Link is a pretty good forum to talk with a lot of new people. I have been retired for 11 years and was working at the executive-level the last few years I worked, so hanging out on-line with nurses is pretty cool.
