What only makes sense to me is that She is a very confused WOMAN. Too much of self glory, wanting to be a man but "oh yes, oh no, oh yes, oh no" thing. Yeah a pity for people who can not really understand their own and I would not expect them to understand others either.

I am not going to give credence to what God calls an abomination and this is why; Old Testment /New Testment Bible States Jesus is the same today as Yesterday and Forevermore."This is just a mere GRANDSTAND of what once would have been deemed as wrong and run out of town on a rail to now being more and more accepted as right. And what once was widely accepted as right now deemed wrong!!! Very much "Signs of the Times" as spoke about in the Bible(Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth) in reguards to the last day's. You can Believe or Choose not to Believe, Our loving Creator set the standard and desired true love, in and from us(His Creation) wanting us to choose to follow the standard of right and wrong set by Him, for our safety, protection and Good. Whether we say we believe or not one day Every knee shall bow and Every Tongue shall Confess that Jesus is Lord.., and claim Jesus as Lord. and in the end, each of us, will either live in Heaven or hell (This is not God's Choice but our's, Hell was never created for humans.) You can say who wants to serve and unloving God who would condemn people into Hell? God being the creator set a standard. God is not a liar. Jesus is the same today as Yesterday and Forevermore, the Word will stand whether you believe it or not! Hell was not designed for people (it was designed for Satan (Devil) and a 1/3 of the fallen angels that are now demons) God intends and desires, for all to love Him and follow His standard, and is sadned by the rejection of His Dear Son Jesus whom He sent for your well being . Irreguardless what you choose to believe one day will all face Judgement, for our choices. God's word actually speaks against this behavior, but we as christians are instucted to Love the People and Hate the SIN!!! So Be Ye Kind to one another. Let all things be done in love." The is always room for repentance and God's mercy of forgiveness. It is all about CHOICES~ We should always treat people with the utmost respect and kindness, God will Judge in the end. Treating a person with love and kindness does not mean acceptance of the sin.

Curse! Curse! Curse! from above! This is the product of abnormal behaviors being tolerated because people "accept for what they are". A woman wanted to be a man who also wants to bear a child to which what the woman is made for, (she does not really know what she is) She needs spiritual guidance too. Isn't it a challenge or may be a joke to the Creator? Sorry, I was brought to always be upright.

WHATEVER!!!!!!!!!!!! It is our job as nurses to take care of people when they need it, not to be judgemental when they don't need it. So what if he/she had a child, that's his/her business; it's not the first time and it certainly won't be the last. We all know that he/she told the entire world ONLY for the publicity!!!

Wow..... Children don't ask to be born into bigotted christian homes either but no one seems to be complaining about that! Any child would be lucky to have a two parent household filled with love.

Many transgender folks are relatively comfortable with their reproductive parts. Transgender folks are not all alike. Many transwomen are pretty comfortable with their penises and many transmen have given birth to children. Thomas Beatie was not the first and will not be the last. It is easier for transgender men (Like Thomas) to give birth to children than to adopt.

For those of you that seem so incredibly angry at the idea of a "nontraditional" family---- I feel sorry for YOUR children and the bigottry that you teach them on a daily basis. I feel sorry for your patients as well, many of whom have to put up with your judgement in order to recieve medical care. It's sad that you can't put aside your own small minds in order to understand medical conditions.

Throughout the ages transgender people have been considered shamanistic, holy. Western society treats transgender folks as the plague. I urge you not only to educate yourselves but to be compassionate to one another no matter who you are.

Reminder: Check your baggage at the door. You don't bring it to work. Your religion is not to enter the work place. Your job is to provide NONJUDGEMENTAL, COMPASSIONATE care.

What is our society coming too? There are thousands of children in our nation's foster care system, waiting to be loved and to be made part of a family. Then we have a "woman/man" who has scientifically altered her/his external sexuality but still chooses to conceive and bear a child based on her/his remaining internal sex organs. This is so warped. If this "man" and "his" wife truly wanted children to call their own, why go to such outrageous extremes... as if they didn't realize the public and media attention this would attract! Guess this brings us down to the fact of the matter: What defines an individual as a woman or man? I will leave that for another thread for another time! :)
