I hear he was taken off the ventilator today. He still can't conversate yet, he was transfered to another hospital, I read.

It does sound like he was planning something - one sign of potential suicide is giving away possessions. The advance planning also is an aggravating factor in the crime... Makes the death penalty more likely.

this indicates to me this person knew he was not coming back. my only question is ..if he lives through this and then is court martialed and then is sentenced to death by hanging or whatever they decide will the public get to watch?
