6. “Nightmare Before Christmas”
Tim Burton is probably the only film producer in the world who would structure a Christmas film around Santa Clause being kidnapped, tortured, and almost killed. But this film actually has a reassuringly light touch to combat the slightly scary and subversive elements of the film. Plus, it’s hard to not fall in love with Jack, a skeleton who doubles as an incredibly strong and charming anti-hero who saves Christmas.

When I was a child I loved to watch, "Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol". It hasn't been on tv in years! It was my favorite.
