5. “The Santa Clause”
Superstar comedian Tim Allen shines bright in the magical hit comedy which satirizes the difficult process of becoming Santa Claus. Despite the light-hearted overtones, this film actually conjures up an entire spectrum of emotions; it is not easy to watch Santa get thrown in jail after being alienated from his loved ones! In the end, of course, the resolution is joyful and merry.

When I was a child I loved to watch, "Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol". It hasn't been on tv in years! It was my favorite.
