5. Create a cleaner environment.
The meat industry contributes to pollution, waste and global warming. Paul McCartney famously said, “If anyone wants to save the planet, all they have to do is just stop eating meat.” By adopting a meat-free lifestyle, you set an example and influence those around you to also improve their health. A change that can make the world a better place.

I admire Natalie Portman as an actress and as a person, I recently saw Black swan and I loved it. I was amazed to find out that she spent over a year of daily ballet rehearsals to prepare for that part. I've been working in a restaurant supply store for 6 months and this gave me better insight on the quality of our food, and I can confirm Natalie Portman's tips for healthy eating. We should all pay more attention to our eating habits if we want to live healthier lives.
