A good quote can lift you up when you’re feeling blue. It can inspire you to reach your goals. It can even make you laugh out loud. NursingLink members shared some of their favorites and we’d like to share some of ours.
As a nurse (or aspiring nurse!), you probably face obstacles every day – whether it’s helping a patient overcome pain, studying for your boards, or facing off against a doctor. If you need to be reminded of why being a nurse is such an amazing experience, take a look at the following quotes for some inspiring words.

i am working in
CPR certification Dallas and from my point o view I'd take a moment of compassion over a day of competence. Caring for the infirmed is next to Godliness. Caring and compassion are the two vitals that are at the core of my practice.

To do what nobody else will do, a way that nobody else can do, in spite of all we go through; is to be a nurse."
Nursing is an art: and if it is to be made an art, it requires an exclusive devotion as hard a preparation, as any painter's or sculptor's work; for what is the having to do with dead canvas or dead marble, compared with having to do with the living body, the temple of God's spirit? It is one of the Fine Arts: I had almost said, the finest of Fine Arts. ~Florence Nightingale

Being a nurse(CNA,RT/PT/OT/ST...)is challenging and fulfilling like no other profession. It is also more demanding and draining. The best thing that makes it all worth it, is when I get home and put my feet up; I am tired but I have made a difference this day. All the aches and pains, frustration and responsiblity, are forgotten when I know I have done my best to help my patients. That's a Good Day (*_*)
