Financial counselors are trained to professionally and efficiently take care of any legal issues for each patient, like insurance, co-pays, guarantor accounts, and workers compensation cases.

“Asking sick patients (or their family) for money makes all of us very uncomfortable,” Sino says. “Financial counselors are really good at showing empathy while getting the job done and collecting hospital fees at the same time.”
