I like this book, used it more when I did my physio degree, not as necessary for RN I find, but still if you can afford it, it's a good one to have.

Actually, I have the flash cards. Awesome. I recommend them. They're a little more expensive than the other flash cards out there, but worth it.

This has amazing details and is great for in clinic explanations to patients who would like visuals of the problem areas they are having.
