This is the best set of ears I've ever owned. My wife gave me the all black "stealth" model several years ago for a birthday gift. I feel absolutely naked without it. The Littman quality is certainly present.

I have had this scope for years and would not trade it unless I could afford the computerized one. I have a medic friend that has one, It is wonderful. You can increase the volume to hear over noise. It also picks up the heart rate. Also you can store the sounds so that if your assessment is ever challenged you can cover yourself.

I have a Cardiology III stethoscope. I love it. I am hard of hearing and I can not use just any stethoscope. I can hear just about anything with this stethoscope. Its expensive but IMO well worth the money.

I have a tone deficit. If I had not gotten this stethoscope I would never had passed my apical pulse check off in nursing school.

I just bought 4 of these stethocopes for one of our clinical sites. Having never been able to afford to spend 165 dollars on a stethoscope for myself I was curious to how "Great" was it really? I opened the package and took one out and tried it. It really is very good. I could hear very well with 3 people talking in the room! I definitely plan to obtain one for myself at a later point in time.

I am on my 2nd Littman (somebody appropriated the first one). I think this is the best stethoscope that I have ever used!!! I have used it in a variety of situations and it never fails. The price seems high, but it is worth every penny. I also have a neonatal Littman that is wonderful as well.

Love my Littman! I have an old version that needed fixing (tube finally gave it up), I sent it in to the company and they fixed it for free. It was my mom's, 25 years old. In the meantime I purchased the Cardiology III. WOW! I wouldn't trade it for anything less than the digital one, (in the future when my hearing gets a little worse). I also had my name put on it. This has brought it back to me twice, when Doctors borrowed it, without me having to track it down.

I think that this will be my next stethoscope purchase! I'm not getting any younger and I could probably use better acoustics during my assessments.

This is the stethoscope that I am using right now. It is the same one my husband used when he was in nursing school and now that he is a director of a hospital department--he doesn't use it.

This stethoscope is awesome! Mine was given to me by a fellow nurse who found it on her hospital unit. She waited to see if anyone would inquire about it and they didn't. She offered it to me and I gladly accepted. Just an FYI.. This stethoscope is made by 3M and I was trying to replace the ear pieces on mine, which was an older version, but still nice. I wrote them a letter about replacing the earpieces and they sent a new stethoscope, which I paid only $70.00. How cool is that!

It is the best. I bought mine a while ago & wouldn't want to be without! I Nursing school I had no problems hearing the things I needed to, while other with cheap scopes stuggled to hear the basics!

The acoustics are excellent. This stethoscope will pick up the softest murmur and the fit of the earpiece keeps out all distracting noise. Worth every penny of the price.

The Coca Cola of scopes. It is the only non-amplified/electric scope I know that I can call a 10. It has excellent tone. Valve sounds come out at you and S3/S4 slap you in the face. Just make sure you keep an eye on it as they sometimes disappear at the workplace.
