I have a dell E1705 with an air card and I love it! I only wish it was a pretty color like the newer ones....I should of waited a few more months to buy!!

I do not have a laptop but have thought of getting one many times. I would most likely go with a Dell. My desktop is Dell and it has served me well. Ooops, did not mean to make that corny rhyme.

I'm extremely disappointed in Dell's customer service. For this simple reason, I doubt I will ever purchase another Dell computer.

Dell is a really good product if you just need it for the basics but if want to play any kind of high level games, or download anything it gets really slow

I have had any number of computers, desktops and laptops both. This Dell laptop is probably my favorite (compared to previous Toshiba and IBM/Lenovos) due to its responsiveness. The layout of the keyboard, the feel of the keys, the screen.....everything about it works great for me!

I actually have the DELL XPS laptop!! I love it! I don't think I could have made it through nursing school without it! I worked out great for all of my reports/ papers and getting pictures of the web for some of my group projects!! LOVE IT!

My very first PC was a Dell and this was in the '80s when they were pretty new in the market. At that time customer service was wonderful, but the company did not anticipate the high demand--customer service went down, and so of course many pc users who aren't welll adept to computers at that time gave up on Dell, especially when they started charging consumers per phonecall. Since then, I've had Compaq, Gateway, and HP and by far HP has been the superior one.
