Blazing fast with plenty of storage space, this computer is my weapon of choice in nursing school!

I do not have a laptop but have thought of getting one many times. I would most likely go with a Dell. My desktop is Dell and it has served me well. Ooops, did not mean to make that corny rhyme.

I'm extremely disappointed in Dell's customer service. For this simple reason, I doubt I will ever purchase another Dell computer.

Dell is a really good product if you just need it for the basics but if want to play any kind of high level games, or download anything it gets really slow

I have had any number of computers, desktops and laptops both. This Dell laptop is probably my favorite (compared to previous Toshiba and IBM/Lenovos) due to its responsiveness. The layout of the keyboard, the feel of the keys, the screen.....everything about it works great for me!

My very first PC was a Dell and this was in the '80s when they were pretty new in the market. At that time customer service was wonderful, but the company did not anticipate the high demand--customer service went down, and so of course many pc users who aren't welll adept to computers at that time gave up on Dell, especially when they started charging consumers per phonecall. Since then, I've had Compaq, Gateway, and HP and by far HP has been the superior one.

I have had two dells in the last 2 years and I hate them. Besides boring everyone with the fact that it takes 97 screws to get to the motherboard of this cheap made computer, it also make hinges on the screen that make it impossible to not wiggle after i open and close it a few times. It's cheaply made and I hate dells. But as far as a laptop, i can't live without it.

I bought a dell on a recommendation from someone in IT and while it seemed okay at first it's been nothing but a disaster. Dealing with tech support is an utter nightmare and the technical issues never seem to stop. When I was prepared to buy a new laptop, we designed one at Dell's website - a unit costing close to $1500 - well the 1st one they sent me kept crashing. Had to send it back and a replacement was sent - that "new" one crashed too. I ended up just asking for my money back. Then my original one started acting up and it took over 6 months of numerous phone calls and dealing with tech support (which I hate) to finally get a replacement for my old one. I'm going back to HP. I won't ever buy dell again
